Pase In Business





P.A.S.E.

When it comes to doing business. You have to know & understand the people you are doing business with. That's why relationship building is so important. Knowing how to deal. Is the best way to fit in & move forward.



Most people become frustrated with the process of relationship building and not being able to identify or understand the types of individuals they're dealing with. So today I watched a smooth talking young man speak to 3 different clients 3 very different ways.



The way he approach each situation was absolutely surgical. When he finished I asked him simply "how did you do that", he replied "you are definitely Action". I did not understand what he meant but I was definitely intrigued.



He spoke of an acronym or letters in an abbreviation. To be switched around to fit each situation/person in its own unique way. He called it P.A.S.E. he also went on to say he paid almost $10,000 for this education that "I got free".



Practical

Action

Social

Emotional



He explained to me that people fit these four categories but not necessarily in that order. You have to cater to their strengths in order to build relationships in business and to close deals. Simply put tell them what they want to hear in at the same time tell the truth.



It's the way that you tell them the truth and what they want to hear that will be the deciding factor of whether or not business will be conducted or you will be turned away.



He used me for an example:

He said you heard something that peaked your interest. You took "Action" by asking.  By me explaining what i know. You will 9 out of 10 use it as a "Practical" approach to your personal business. Practicing &  perfecting what is explained in a "Social" setting among your peers with very little "Emotion" involved.



So mine would be A.P.S.E. all the same letters in a different order that mean the exact same thing. Knowing and understanding this concept which is not as basic. Will set you leaps and bounds ahead of your competition when it comes to business & closing deals.



Now simply because you have an understanding does not mean all the deals will close. Sometimes life just gets in the way however when you understand this concept your deal to close ratio will go up significantly based on the individuals you deal with.



Once you have perfected  this method you may as well start printing money for you industry. This acronym is agnostic and works cross platform in any industry, in any business no matter your education.
